When you fill out our lead form or contact form, we collect:
- Your name
- Your phone number and/or email address
- Project details you share with us, such as your location, wall photos, wall measurements, TV size, fireplace or feature preferences, budget range, and timeline
How we use your information
We use this information to:
- Prepare a free design quote for your project
- Contact you about your project and follow up on your request
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the tools we use to receive and respond to your request (for example, Meta's lead delivery system and our own phone and email systems).
Your choices
You can ask us at any time to see, correct, or delete the personal information you shared with us. Email your request to kareem@massstudios.net and we will respond promptly.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will post the updated version on this page with a new effective date.
